Last week, the Elementary School put on their annual Christmas Program. This year it was called, "'Twas One Crazy Night Before Christmas".
The Kindergarteners went first. Can you spot our cute little snowman?
The whole school came out for the first song
One act I absolutely loved was I think it was the 3rd graders- the narrator read, "When what to my wondering eyes should appear... but 14 cousins and a rusty John Deer?" Lol. It was so cute. They all dressed up as hicks (easy to do in this town, lol!) and danced and sang awesome!
Then it was the 4th Graders with my Brittany. They did some type of Football/Cheerleading act.
There's sweet Britt in the back row on the left. Her borrowed skirt was a little too big- it kept falling off her scrawny hips, lol!
But she didn't let that stop her- she loves cheering, so she was in her element.
Next up was the 2nd grade doing some skit about pajamas...
All the grades had their turn and it was fun to see how many amazingly talented children we have here in Panguitch! We had a storm last weekend- this is Benji shoveling our driveway the first time. After he was done, it started snowing again, and we ended up with about the same amount the 2nd time around. I bet we got about 12-14 inches.
Later that day the kids were dying to play in it. Benji even got in on the fun and made the kids a snow fort. :)
Benji in the snow "chariot", being pulled by our 4 crazy kids.
I helped the kids add a top part to their slide- it took forever, but it's fun!
Later on, Koby helped Brittany make a snowman out in the front yard.
This made me laugh- Brittany's got quite the imagination!

FAMILY HOME EVENING
Monday night we made gingerbread houses for FHE. The kids had fun decorating their houses.
The "Boys' House"
and the "Girls' House".
The whole time they were decorating, we had a hard time keeping the roof to stay on! We piled on the icing, but the gingerbread was just too heavy, and the icing was just too soft. In the end, it looked like a Chritmas Tornado blew through, lol. The kids just put it all in ziplock baggies and started snacking on them. :)Just another picture of Benji's infamous butterhorn rolls. :)
Last night was our ward's Christmas Party. It was fun, food was delicious, and the entertainment was awesome. It was tiring, so we left before Santa came. (insert "Boo!!") But, really- it was fun, but we've already seen Santa 2-3 times this month- we wanted to go home and crash! Lol. Here's Jordyn & her friend, Kelby.

We've been doing the "12 Days of Christmas" to 2 families here in Panguitch, but because this blog is an open blog, there's a possibility those certain people could check our blog and see what we've been doing- so I'm not going to post pics until after Christmas. It's fun, though!
