...my neighbors gave to me...
2 rolls of wrapping paper and some scotch tape! No note again, but at least we know which gifts are from which secret neighbor. :)
From the other secret neighbor, we got a pack of Extra gum!
The kids are having so much fun with this each night! This time, they waited and counted to 10 before opening the door, lol.

This week is so busy, and mix that with a really horrible / LONG monthly visitor, it's wiped me out! I usually have heavy ones, but this one puts them all to shame. It sucks.

Then, on top of everything else, I feel extra bad this morning because I ended up sending Koby to school in his pajamas. I told him for a whole hour to get his clothes on, and even when we were walking out the door, he just sat there pouting, like he was daring me to do something about it. Well, I did! I hate humiliating him, but enough is enough. I need to start following through with my threats or he'll walk all over me. I want a good relationship with him, but it's going to take some loving, structured discipline. Feel free to suggest any books you might know that REALLY helps!

Just for fun, I thought I'd post pictures of a few new things:
Here are the finished salt-dough ornaments we made for Koby to sell at his "store" at school tomorrow!
I saved one of each for Koby to keep:
Here is a Santa ornament Koby's Grandma gave him. He colored it, then decorated it using Q-tip tops! I think it turned out pretty cute. :)
Finally, I had this Nativity given to me by my sister Heather after they came home from Israel. It's (I believe) a hand-carved nativity. I LOVE it, and it is also one of my favorite Christmas decorations. It was being displayed with all our other knick-knacks in the dining room, so I had forgotten there was anything "Christmassy" there. It now sits in the living room on our shelves with the other Christmas decor. :)
