You are all invited to Koby's baptism! Yes, I realize that 90% of you can't make it, but I just wanted you to know that we love all of you and wish we all lived closer! :) Anyway, I finally decided on this announcement, and I'll be sending a paper copy in the mail this week to our immediate family. Anyone have a FAIL-PROOF shredded beef recipe? I think it would be easiest for me to make shredded beef sandwiches for the luncheon afterward, and I don't want to ruin the food, lol!

You could just do a pot roast with au jus. Or a pork roast with BBQ sauce. And then crockpot it overnight on low. You couldn't go wrong with that!
