Christmas Morning!

I forgot to take individual pics of each child by their stocking, but here's what they got:

Koby: a new coat, shoes, & "Biscuit" books, Ryan: shoes, joke books & a cool airplane/kite

Jordyn: clothes (shirt, skirt, pants), shoes, & a "Puff the Magic Dragon" book & CD set; Brittany: a new sunday dress, shirts, shoes, and books

Time to open more gifts! Jordyn got what she's been asking for- a 10 megapixel digital camera!

Koby & the kids opened some Wii games and Wii remotes... does Santa not know we don't have a Wii? Koby was eccstatic about Mario Kart!

...and Super Mario Bros Wii game!

Brittany started hyperventilating when she opened Santa's gift to her-almost the entire collection of Magic Treehouse books!! (She needs 10 to complete the set!)

She also got a "Baby Alive" doll- that really "pees" and "poops"! (yick! Lol)

She must have been a GOOD girl this year, because she also got the Wizards of Waverly Place soundtrack! (Have I mentioned how much Brittany adores Selena Gomez? :)

Ryan got more legos!! He also received a much-asked-for remote control racecar, but I didn't get a picture of it.

Koby got his remote control airplane he wanted! Next time Santa needs to get the NOT cheaply-made stuff- this poor plane's remote broke right off the bat. Poor kid!#

Jordyn got a book made by Brittany- she had spent a month typing up a book for Jordyn, all based on The Little Rascals movie, but edited with people from Jordyn & Brittany's own life! It is way cute, and Jordyn loves it!! Brittany got a puzzle made by her BFF, Amy!

both Ryan & Koby got GloDoodles! They're fun, but we found out they don't work very well in the cold car! They took them on the trip to St.George, and it wouldn't work because the car was too cold! However, I think they'll be a fun, *quiet* toy for the boys to draw during Church.

More gifts- Jordyn got a cool stuffed Husky from her friend, Kylee, and Brittany got some type of Pet Shop toy from her BFF, Amy!

Koby opened a "family" gift- Twilight & New Moon games! (hee, hee)

The kids all opened this gift from Santa-

Guitar Hero! Sounds like Santa heard about Brittany's moves! Too bad we have to wait to play these games until we get a Wii....

Then they open the "family" gift from Grandpa & Grandma Mitchell...

WHOA!!! A Wii!! How did they know we wanted one? :)

Brittany LOVES her "pretend" make-up!

Once the kids opened their gifts, it was time for Benji & I to open ours. Benji got Listen to the Wind, a children's book about Dr. Greg Mortenson & The Three Cups of Tea. Wonderful story, and Benji is very passionate about Dr. Greg's mission. If you haven't read up on it yet, it's highly recommended!

I gave him a hat, a remote-control helicopter, and some awesome menthol bath salts, but what he was REALLY excited about was this thing he got from his Grandma Veater. Some type of homeade-washer thing in case you don't have electricity.

Those of you who know me know I loooooove homeade gifts! This one is from Ryan:

A sweet Photo christmas ornament!

woops- need to plug this photo in- I actually saved the Cricut machine to "open" again on christmas day!

A gift from Benji

a terrabyte hard drive full of movies! :)

Then it was time to open Jordyn's gift to us-

a homemade wooden bench she made in shop! I absolutely love this- even moreso that it was handmade by Jordyn. She even chose a Precious Moments image to burn onto the bench, and what's cool about that is that our wedding theme was Precious Moments. :) Very cute!

I can't wait to get more stuff from shop class, lol!

...and a gift from Koby! I loved the homemade christmas wrap!

A cute photo ornament and a darling homemade 2010 calendar! :)

Christmas was fun! We didn't get to really "play" with our "toys", because we had to leave for St. George at noon, but it was still fun.
