Foggy

I thought driving through fog this morning was appropriate, since my whole brain seems to be in a fog this week! Lol. As I was driving the kids to school this morning, it was clear. 2 blocks up the road, however, and we were hit with very thick fog. The kids loved driving through it. :) You couldn't see a block past where you were. It was this way over the whole town EXCEPT for a small circular area- right where we happen to live! How funny is that?
SNOWSHOEING
Is that how it's spelled? Anyway- Jordyn had a blast on her 7th grade snowshoeing fieldtrip yesterday. Thank goodness we invested in snowsuits! They went to Bryce Canyon and walked in the snow for hours on end. Jordyn said they had little "spikey" things that clipped onto the bottom of their boots, and the kids were also given ski poles to help them walk. She said it was a lot of fun! :)

Koby got to go to his friend Bella's house yesterday and play! He came home super happy, saying they had fun playing with kittens, in the snow, and making cupcakes! He brought some home for the family. :) Small world, because I found out her mom (Lisa) knows and hung out with the same people I used to when I was single and partied! Come to find out, a few of our major party friends turned their life around. It was really neat to hear about our mutual friends. :)
Today is another busy day. Just SO much on my plate- too much to mention here. Add to that, my "aunt" STILL hasn't made it (probably BECAUSE I'm stressed!), and also the PMS/ emotional part that goes along with it, and I am not having a very good day! :p But I'll keep trudgin' along. I have the kids' SEP's (parent-teacher conferences) today, so it will be nice to get my questions answered, and see where they're at.
I hope YOU have a much better Thursday than me. :)

jon stout turned his life around? i'm guessing he's not one who ended up serving a mission, because he would've been too old, right? how neat to hear that some of those old friends have seen the light. :O)

Actually, from what this other Lisa girl is telling me, Jon Stout and Mike Dover both ended up serving a mission, and then Jon got married to some Brazilian girl and had kids. When I saw Jon many years ago, he was at the store with his wife and little baby girl... I didn't know there was an age cut-off for missions, but Mike Dover was already 21 when I stopped hanging out with them... and she was saying he also served a mission.... hmmm. I'll have to get to the bottom of this! Lol!

Btw- my "aunt" seems to have come, but then stopped as quickly as it came, and now I'm just left with the migrane. Grrr! This is SO weird! Who starts for a little bit, then STOPS? :p
