HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

to our sweet, loving, handsome 8 year old! :)

I spent forever last night on the decorations (with Brittany's help!) and cake (which did NOT turn out like I wanted!), then got to bed very late... past midnight. This morning Koby opened his gifts, we ate some cake, we played around with his presents, and then I sent Jordyn to church with Koby. Brittany was up all night sick again, and poor Benji is completely wiped out so I "allowed" him to stay home with us. After church we were planning on celebrating Koby's bday in Cedar with a movie and dinner (and a trip to Walmart!), but we'll have to see how Brittany's feeling. I'm bummed that I didn't stay up last night and make a cute "through the years" birthday post this time around, but this cute picture sums it all up.

**update: I found out that there's absolutely NOTHING of interest for the kids to see as far as movies go, and the bowling alley is closed on Sundays, and so is everything in this town, so we're just going to go rent a movie from the Silver Eagle, the gas station and only video rental place in town. Lol. Hopefully we can find ingredients around the house to make some yummy snacks, and the kids will have just as much fun at home. ;)
